A good lemon pound cake is the perfect nibble to serve when friends stop by for a cup of tea and this recipe will surely impress your guests. Best of all, it’s a one-bowl, one-step cake that you can whip up in just a few minutes with very little mess. My sweet Grandma loved making this cake for friends and family and we all enjoyed eating it. Give it a try and be sure to let me know what you think.
