London Broil Tea Sandwiches

I love a good nibble with my afternoon tea and these London broil tea sandwiches are no exception!

London Broil Tea Sandwiches

  • 1/2 lb London Broil Deli Meat, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz. Herb & Garlic Goat Cheese
  • 1 English Cucumber
  • 6 slices Seedless Rye Sandwich Bread

Place the bread in the freezer for about 30 minutes, this will make it easy to slice and reduce crumbs. Spread each slice of bread with the herb & garlic goat cheese. Pile 2 slices of London broil onto 3 slices of the bread. Thinly slice the English cucumber and lay slices on top of London broil. Top with remaining 3 slices of bread.

Trim crusts then cut sandwiches to form rectangles or cut with cookie cutters for shapes. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerator for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
